Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
During busy periods, promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless free shipping is offered as part of a promotion.
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after dispatch.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different suppliers or warehouses.
If this happens, you may receive separate tracking numbers and your items may arrive on different days.

Incorrect Shipping Information
